At Kawaii Nights, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in their original packaging.
- Include all tags and accessories.
- Be free from stains, damage, or signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Used or worn items.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
- Gift cards.
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds
